EdTech Specialist

We are hiring an EdTech Specialist / Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of LMS platforms and support the effective use of digital learning tools. This role combines operational oversight with user training and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation, content management, and user support of LMS platforms.
• Deliver training sessions for educators and learners to ensure adoption and effective use.
• Monitor LMS performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage user roles.
• Collaborate with project managers and EdTech experts to ensure technical and pedagogical alignment.
• Report on platform usage and user engagement.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in EdTech support, LMS administration, or training delivery.
• Hands-on experience with E-learning platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Must be based in Islamabad with flexibility for hybrid work.
