Position: Tele Sales Agents Required

Industry: USA-Based Construction Estimation

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales & calling (construction estimation industry preferred)

Other call center experienced person's (They can also apply)

Location: DHA Phase 8 Near Bhatta Chowk, Lahore

Job Timings: 5pm to 2am Sat, Sun Off

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new clients in the USA construction estimation sector

Make outbound calls to potential clients and build strong relationships

Understand client requirements and offer tailored estimation solutions

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in sales (construction estimation preferred)

Strong communication skills in English (fluent speaking & writing)

Experience in international calling, lead generation & CRM tools

Ability to work in USA time zones (Night Shift)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persuasive

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary Package 40,000 PKR To 90000 Depends on Interview (Basic) + Attractive Bonuses
