IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for Operation and maintenance of Power Plants equipment (DGs, rectifiers, batteries, solar systems, transformer etc and Switching Network (MSAGs, MSANs, DSLAMs), DRS Systems, GPON Network and Air conditioning. This role is also responsible for Network Optimization, upgradation, Expansions and improvisation in this area.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Operate and maintain DG sets, rectifiers, batteries, and allied equipment
• Manage MSAGs, MSMIs, DSLAMs, ZTE TDM Exchanges and DRS systems
• Maintain optimal environmental conditions through proper AC operations
• Monitor networks, conduct audits, and ensure quick fault rectification
• Coordinate effectively with FESCO and civic agencies
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• B.E/B.Sc Engineering in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Average business understanding

Competencies:

Technical Expertise:

• Operate and maintain AC/DC power plants with technical proficiency.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of DRS domain operations.
• Utilize SAP and specialized software tools effectively for technical tasks.

Skills:

• Master MS Office suite and technical software applications.
• Apply strong management and communication skills in operations.
• Monitor networks and perform precise fault analysis and resolution.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work with FESCO and other civic agencies
• Strong commitment to HSE compliance
• Technical problem-solving capabilities
