Digital Marketing Manager (WhatsApp And Telegram Marketing Mainly)

Xordio is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full time, Onsite.
Days: Monday-Friday (Morning timings 10am-6pm)

Position Overview:
The Telegram & WhatsApp Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across Telegram and WhatsApp channels to grow the brand's presence, engage users, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Telegram and WhatsApp to grow brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  2. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and monitor success metrics.
  3. Create and manage multiple groups and channels on Telegram and WhatsApp to foster communities aligned with the brand's target audience.
  4. Resolve user queries and provide excellent customer support via these platforms.
  5. Develop engaging, relevant, and interactive content (messages, videos, polls, contests, etc.) that resonates with the audience.
  6. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and event announcements through these messaging channels.
  7. Devise growth strategies to attract and retain new users on both Telegram and WhatsApp.
  8. Partner with influencers or other communities for co-marketing opportunities to grow group membership.
  9. Track and analyze performance metrics (user engagement, message open rates, conversion rates, etc.) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  10. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve messaging, timing, and audience segmentation.
Job Specification

Good command over WhatsApp and Telegram Marketing.

Fluency in English.

Knowledge of cross-platform marketing and integration between messaging apps and other digital marketing channels.
