We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Operations Executive to support our client. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, assist with landlord and tenant communications, maintain accurate property records, and ensure smooth handling of listings and contracts. This role is best suited for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in real estate operations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Operations Executive to support our client. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, assist with landlord and tenant communications, maintain accurate property records, and ensure smooth handling of listings and contracts. This role is best suited for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for landlord and tenant queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Manage and update property listings on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of properties, tenants, landlords, and contracts.
  • Prepare, review, and manage tenancy agreements and property contracts.
  • Assist in tracking rent payments, deposits, and financial records.
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
