Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, supporting customers, and training new team members. Daily tasks will include engaging with customers to identify their needs, recommending products or services, closing sales, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work the night shift
• Prior experience in a telesales or telemarketing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
