We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our website's visibility and organic search rankings. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure the successful execution of SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for the industry and target audience.
  • Analyze search trends and user behavior to uncover new keyword opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking, to improve keyword relevance and user experience.
  • Ensure that web pages are technically optimized for search engines, including improving page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and site architecture.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with targeted keywords and user intent.
  • Implement best practices for content optimization, including keyword usage, semantic relevance, and readability.
  • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality, authoritative backlinks from relevant websites.
  • Monitor and manage the company's backlink profile to ensure a healthy and natural link profile.
  • Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve website issues that could impact search engine rankings, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
  • Prepare regular reports on key SEO performance indicators, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO algorithms, search engine guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Implement changes and adjustments to SEO strategies to align with evolving search engine trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Job Shift: 11 am to 8 pm.
  • Proven experience in implementing successful SEO strategies, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of SAAS products.
  • Experience in a multinational company will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
