Job Description:

JS Engineering Systems is seeking a Marketing Design Specialist with a strong background in visual design, branding, and digital marketing. As a Marketing Design Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling visual assets, manage digital platforms, and analyze campaign performance. You will play a vital role in content creation, audience engagement, brand storytelling, and campaign optimization to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. Strong communication and strategic thinking skills will be essential to your success in this role.

1. Creative Design & Branding:
   Design visually appealing graphics for digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and website content using Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator.
   Develop infographics, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials to support branding efforts.
   Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print media by following established brand guidelines.
2. Website & Digital Marketing:
   Manage and update the company website to ensure an optimized user experience, SEO alignment, and mobile responsiveness.
   Assist in executing paid and organic marketing campaigns, tracking CTR, engagement rates, and ROI to drive strategic improvements.
   Optimize landing pages and digital assets for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead generation.
3. Content Strategy & Social Media:
   Create engaging content for blog posts, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital ads.
   Plan and execute social media campaigns, ensuring they align with brand messaging and target audience behavior.
   Monitor social media engagement, analyze performance metrics, and suggest strategies to improve brand visibility and audience interaction.
   Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, design innovations, and competitor strategies.
4. Email Marketing & Automation:
   Design and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective copywriting, personalization, and automation for higher engagement and conversion rates.
   A/B test email campaigns and analyze open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement trends.
5. Market Research & Campaign Analytics:
   Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
   Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to refine marketing strategies.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
   Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and sales teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
   Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
   Present marketing strategies and campaign performance reports to stakeholders and team members.

1. Technical & Design Skills:
   Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign.
   Experience with motion graphics, video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and GIF creation is a plus.
   Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design is a bonus.
2. Marketing & Analytics:
   Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
   Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
   Experience with website management platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix) and basic coding knowledge is a plus.
3. Communication & Strategic Thinking:
   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive marketing messages.
   Ability to translate brand messaging into effective visuals and campaigns.
   Strong collaborative skills to work with different departments and stakeholders.
4. Creativity & Problem-Solving:
   A creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing strategies and eye-catching designs.
   Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
   Adaptability to fast-changing marketing trends and tools.
