About the Company:

We are a fully operational e-commerce company with multiple ongoing ventures. While our e-commerce operations are well-established, we are rapidly expanding our development wing to support internal platforms and client-based tech projects. We're now hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take full charge of technical leadership and execution.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional, well-spoken CTO with at least 6+ years of experience in software development and technical team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete CTO operations — including leading the tech team, handling client communication, and overseeing all development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all CTO operations, including technical strategy, project planning, and daily execution.
  • Lead a team of developers across frontend, backend, full stack, Python, database, and AI-related projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients to understand technical requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align development efforts with business goals.
  • Drive innovation, system architecture improvements, and technology selection.
  • Monitor performance of tech initiatives and provide strategic insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of proven experience in software development, with strong command over frontend, backend, Python, databases, and AI.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills — with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Startup-friendly mindset with the ability to multitask and solve problems proactively.
