Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following position in the Institute of Home and Food Sciences under Higher Education Commission Project No. 5701/Punjab/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2016, titled "Evaluation of the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of selected herbs & spices for food quality preservation" with the following terms and conditions.
No. of Position: 01
Honorarium: Rs. 20,000/- per month
Contract duration: 1 year (extendable for 1 more year)
Qualification & Eligibility:
Holding a degree in BS Food Science and Technology and enrolled in MS Food Science and Technology at the GC University Faisalabad.
Experience:Candidate having good working experience related to the physicochemical analyses of experimental diets, animal modelling and report writing will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include working in both field and lab including raw material collection, experimental diets preparation, chemical analyses, rat modelling, preparing project report, writing new proposals and manuscript writing.
Project information:The above positions are purely on temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for offered duration of the project.
