TaxationPk is a leading provider of tax and accounting services in Pakistan. We are a team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping our clients achieve their financial goals. Our services include tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and financial planning.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base in Rawalpindi.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional service to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Oversee daily operations of the Rawalpindi office.
- Manage and motivate the team of tax and accounting professionals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Successful track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the tax and accounting industry is a plus.
