Responsibilities
  • Manage the security section to ensure proper implementation of departmental policies and directives through daily rounds, record inspections, weekly meetings, and random checks.
  • Supervise and ensure the effective training of security staff.
  • Conduct risk analysis in collaboration with relevant departments to identify, analyze, and update security threats to Patel Hospital, and take preventive measures to mitigate potential losses.
  • Maintain an efficient and competent security force, including the Emergency Response Team (ERT), through regular training and accountability measures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or higher management.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a Security Department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
