Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Editor/Designer to join our onsite creative team. This role requires a visual storyteller with strong video editing skills and a keen eye for design. You'll be responsible for producing dynamic video content, motion graphics, and visually impactful assets for various platforms — all while working closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams at our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, product showcases, and internal communications.
  • Design and integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, title animations, and transitions into video projects.
  • Create static and dynamic visual content such as banners, thumbnails, infographics, and other branded assets.
  • Collaborate onsite with creative directors, marketers, and other team members to execute projects from concept to completion.
  • Manage video and design assets, ensuring they are organized, properly archived, and easily accessible.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with Assistoro's brand identity and quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends in editing, design, and video production techniques.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in video editing and visual design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, and visual composition.
  • Hands-on experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Familiarity with different video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization for social media platforms.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Must be available to work onsite at our office during standard business hours.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with color grading and sound design.
  • Familiarity with camera equipment and basic production techniques.
  • Skills in photography or 3D design (Blender, Cinema 4D) are a plus.
