IT/Operations Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Zabbix Developer to join our IT team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining our Zabbix monitoring system to ensure the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of Zabbix, strong scripting skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Zabbix templates, triggers, and alerts.
2. Configure and optimize Zabbix for monitoring various systems and applications.
3. Integrate Zabbix with other tools and systems for enhanced monitoring capabilities.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zabbix monitoring.
5. Collaborate with IT and development teams to define monitoring requirements.
6. Create and maintain documentation for Zabbix configurations and procedures.
7. Provide training and support to team members on Zabbix usage and best practices.
8. Stay updated with the latest developments in Zabbix and related technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Zabbix Developer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of Zabbix architecture and components.
4. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl.
5. Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration.
6. Familiarity with network protocols and services (TCP/IP, SNMP, etc.).
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with other monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, etc.).
2. Certification in Zabbix or related technologies.
