Key Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various digital platforms
  • Research industry topics to create original, high-performing content
  • Create content for newsletters, blogs, reports, brochures, manuals & presentations
  • Assist in creating training materials, e-learning content & educational resources
  • Collaborate with teams to align content with branding and campaigns
  • Optimize content for SEO and maintain consistent tone and quality
  • Manage content calendars and track performance to refine strategies
  • Stay updated with trends in content marketing, digital media & educational tools

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity
  • Engage with followers and foster community
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns as needed
  • Prepare monthly reports analyzing key performance metrics
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools & best practices to enhance online presence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in content writing, editing & development
  • Ability to adapt writing styles for different audiences & platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Content Management System (CMS)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO & digital marketing is a plus
  • Experience in instructional design or e-learning content development is an advantage
