About the Role:

We're looking for a Website Designer to join our team on-site — someone who combines a strong command of Figma and a sharp design eye. This is a flexible, independent role where you'll be fully responsible for the look, feel, and user experience of our websites. If you stay current with design trends and have a track record of clean, effective, and modern web design — we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Design and prototype website layouts in Figma — from wireframes to polished UI

Implement modern, responsive, and user-friendly designs

Collaborate with developers and team members to hand off designs effectively

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Maintain a consistent visual language and design system for the website

Continuously refine and evolve the site based on feedback and performance insights

What We're Looking For:

Strong command of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)

Deep understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design

A portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern, and well-structured website designs

Awareness of current design trends and the ability to apply them appropriately

Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently

Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with Webflow, Framer, or FigJam

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Understanding of conversion-focused design or SEO-friendly layouts
