We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who is not only strategic but also highly execution-focused. This role is ideal for someone who can independently create, manage, and execute digital campaigns from start to finish — including media planning, budget handling, client communication, ad setup, performance tracking, content calendar creation, and daily social media posting.

The ideal candidate has a strong command of both paid media and organic strategy, and is capable of running end-to-end digital marketing for multiple clients across various industries.

1. Paid Campaign Execution

  • Plan and run campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Define budgets, set up targeting, A/B test creatives, and optimize for KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
  • Manage client budgets and deliver monthly performance reports.

2. Social Media Calendar & Management

  • Create monthly social media content calendars for each client.
  • Coordinate visual assets (with designers) and write creative, engaging captions.
  • Post content daily across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
  • Monitor engagement, reply to comments/DMs, and grow followers organically.

3. Client Communication

  • Act as the point-of-contact for assigned clients, discussing goals, approvals, and revisions.
  • Regularly update clients on campaign performance and upcoming content.
  • Ensure all deliverables are client-approved and deadlines are met.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools.
  • Provide actionable insights and monthly reports.
  • Suggest ongoing optimizations for creatives, targeting, and strategy.

5. Email Marketing

  • Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Tools: GA4, Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, Mailchimp, Figma (for reviews), Excel/Google Sheets
  • Communication: Client communication, social copywriting, campaign briefing
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (not just strategy)
  • Proven track record of running and managing real ad campaigns & social pages
  • Strong content planning and posting discipline
  • Experience with at least 3 major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business preferred
  • Bonus: Canva design ability, content writing, or influencer coordination
