Lead Our Sales Operations in the Capital
We are looking for a Sales Manager in Islamabad who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relations, and achieving revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a fast-growing hotel brand in the heart of the capital.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to generate business from corporate, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Represent the hotel brand in meetings, events, and industry forums.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with marketing for regional promotions and campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales or hotel business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Islamabad's corporate and travel sectors.
- A self-motivated team player with a results-driven approach.
