We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support technical operations for critical cybersecurity technologies as a Security Engineer.
  • Administer and support cybersecurity tools across Endpoint security, Data Security, Network security, Application Security, and SIEM/SOAR.
  • Analyze, investigate, and remediate cybersecurity incidents in operational environments.
  • Automate operational tasks using programming languages such as Perl, Python, PHP, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Set up monitoring and event management for cybersecurity products to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Perform installation, upgrades, maintenance, and hygiene of cybersecurity applications.
  • Operate in accordance with ITIL processes including Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
  • Lead product support transitions on technical and process fronts.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement continual service improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of tools and establish/enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Work independently and collaboratively with Cyber Security and other Lines of Business.
  • Develop operational metrics such as change success rate, tool uptime, and incident ticket volume.
  • This role requires weekend support on a rotational basis.
