Overview

We are seeking an energetic Senior Full Stack Developer to join our small but busy team. Reporting to the on-shore Development Team Leader, this role is highly hands-on, involving designing, developing, supporting, testing, and maintaining our core products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in modern web development, with our core stack including Windows, Microsoft ASP.NET, C# (and some VB.NET), SQL Server, and heavy emphasis on ReactJS. This senior role expects leadership in projects and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, contributing to our transformational roadmap.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Interpret customer software requests and collaborate with UI/UX developers to suggest solutions, including layout design.
  2. Develop using C# and ReactJS, maintaining and creating new unit tests for .NET and JS.
  3. Review code for accuracy, standards, and compliance.
  4. Maintain Continuous Integration build configurations in Team City.
  5. Participate in daily standups across UK and Islamabad teams.
As a senior developer, you will be expected to:
  • Ensure robustness, scalability, performance, and security in all work.
  • Create and defend project estimates, assisting team planning.
  • Share knowledge, mentor, and coach team members.
Job Qualifications and Skills
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Expertise in C# .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio, SQL Server, and unit testing frameworks.
  • Experience with Responsive UI, HTML5, CSS, and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
