  • Manage and troubleshoot company products
  • Develop and update new features
  • Develop customized solutions based on customer needs
  • Design and review new systems being developed by the team
  • Train and mentor junior resources
  • Provide technical roadmap and R&D
  • Assist junior resources in review/debugging issues
  • Create customized reports for specific clients
  • Communicate with stakeholders and train offshore staff
  • Manage live systems, including deployment and backups on live servers
  • Design and manage databases for new/current systems
  • Coordinate with the Networks team for troubleshooting and configurations
  • Monitor system health periodically
  • Manage code repositories for projects, including TFS repo creation, user and role management
  • Act as a product owner: gather requirements, create project plans with the scrum team, review technical documents, develop technical workflows and wireframes, refine backlog, and review development work

  • Product ownership activities
Requirements & Skills
  • 12-15 years of .NET (MVC / Core) development experience
  • Knowledge of at least one .NET language (C#, Visual Basic .NET)
  • Experience with Entity Framework and ADO.net
  • Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Axios API
  • Database design and TSQL for MS SQL
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js
  • Understanding of Git, TFS, or GitHub
  • Knowledge of JIRA and REST API development
  • Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms
  • API testing with Postman
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Twilio APIs is a plus
  • Degree in Computer Science or IT
Work mode: Work from Office.
