The role of Online Marketing Specialist involves working as part of a team. The Online Marketing Specialist must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. The candidate must have basic knowledge of SEO and social media marketing and should be able to work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Event management for clients, liaising with the client to ascertain precise event requirements.
- Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, and budgets).
- Online marketing activities (email marketing).
- Working on online marketing tools.
- Creating and maintaining client's collateral brochures and webpages on the company's website.
- Generating reports for email blasts.
- Preparing segmentations, reports, and lists of contacts for use in email blasts.
- Using Google Analytics to pull and analyze website traffic data.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware & software required.
- Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork & motivational skills required.
- Familiar with online marketing strategies and tools (including SEO and social media marketing).
- Possess good knowledge of E-commerce.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Convincing abilities.
- Creativity and proactivity.
