Position: Social Media Outreach & community buildier (Specialist)

Are you confident in your words and know how to build connections through DMs? We're looking for a Social Media Outreach Specialist who can write strong, personalized messages and help close clients for our growing digital agency.

Your Role:


• Write powerful DMs that grab attention and spark interest


• Start genuine conversations and build relationships


• Qualify leads and close sales through chat and follow-ups


• Keep track of responses and manage outreach in an organized way

What We're Looking For:


• Excellent written communication in English


• Confident, persuasive, and proactive approach


• Experience in client outreach or social media DMs (preferred)


• Must be consistent, target-oriented, and self-motivated


• Fixed monthly salary (PKR 30k–40k based on experience)


• Performance-based bonuses


• Long-term opportunity to grow in the team
