We're expanding our core team and are on the hunt for passionate Unreal Engine Developers ready to tackle complex challenges in AAA-level game development.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain game systems and features using Unreal Engine 4/5 (C++ and Blueprints).
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to implement gameplay mechanics, AI behaviors, UI, and tools.
  • Optimize game performance across platforms (PC, console, mobile) for high-scale gameplay environments.
  • Troubleshoot engine-level issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Maintain code quality, performance, and organization through best practices and regular code reviews.
  • Contribute to the architecture of scalable systems that support multiplayer, open-world, or large concurrent player environments.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Blueprints.
  • Solid understanding of gameplay systems, replication/networking, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with high-scale or multiplayer game development is a big plus.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating memorable player experiences.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with Unreal Engine's latest features like Nanite, Lumen, and Niagara.
  • Familiarity with backend services or game server integration.
  • Prior work on open-world or massively multiplayer games.
  • Knowledge of animation systems, AI, or physics-based gameplay.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git or Perforce.
