Job Title: Associate Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Data Analyst . In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into useful information, focusing on developing reports and providing support to senior analysts working with data from enterprise systems like ERP/HCM/SCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
  • Support senior analysts in translating business needs into technical requirements for data extraction and reporting.
  • Work with Oracle's native reporting tools (OTBI, BIP) and other BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to help build analytical solutions.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify initial trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and contribute to reporting solutions.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports and outputs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for reports and processes.
  • Actively learn from senior team members and grow your skills in data-driven analysis.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues and reporting discrepancies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a data-related role, or a recent graduate with relevant project experience.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to write and understand standard queries.
  • Familiarity with or a strong interest in business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • A foundational understanding of data concepts, including databases and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
