Role Description: Sales Specialist (SaaS Focus)

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SaaS-based products and be comfortable demonstrating their value to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, particularly in SaaS and technology solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline — from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to meet sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Participate in training sessions and help refine sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, especially within the SaaS domain.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in communication and customer service.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Tech or SaaS-based Sales is highly desirable.
  • Experience conducting training sessions and product walkthroughs.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
