Summary
The Associate Trainer, Customer Services is responsible for all training aspects, ensuring training is consistently well delivered and the standards and quality are maintained and elevated.

Duties And Responsibilities (Customer Services)

  • Assist in designing course outlines and developing course curricula for functional training programs.
  • Conduct post-course evaluations.
  • Assess the competency of participants.
  • Conduct training sessions and facilitate active learning.
  • Provide briefings to operational staff when required.
  • Communicate with airlines regarding training requirements and ensure all resources are prepared prior to training.
  • Provide guidance and supervisory support to operational staff during the cutover/migration of new airlines.
  • Ensure all training records are accurately entered into the SAP system.
  • Assist in audit preparations.
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE "N" levels and above.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience, with sound knowledge of airport and logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of Departure Control System (DCS) is advantageous.
  • Ability to confidently present curricula and lead group discussions in a classroom setting.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles is preferred.
