Job Description

Nutrifactor Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated AssistantManager – Digital Marketing to strengthen our growing marketing team. Theideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizingdigital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, and other channels)with a strong focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage organic and paid digital campaigns across Google,Meta, and other performance channels
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPC, CTR,and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, audiencesegmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize reach and relevance
  • Collaborate with creative and contentteams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and digital assets
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaignperformance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
  • Stay updated on the latest digitalmarketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
  • Ensure alignment of digital strategieswith overall business goals, coordinating with cross-functional teams(marketing, design, and e-commerce)
Requirements

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, orperformance marketing)
