Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Front Sales Executive to lead our Design & Development Campaigns focused on the USA and Canadian markets. If you are skilled in online lead generation, outbound calling, and closing sales, this role offers a platform to excel and earn competitive commissions in USD.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and online business directories.
  • Conduct thorough project research to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Perform cold and warm calling to USA-based prospects to pitch design and development services.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain performance consistency.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and project execution.
Qualifications
  • Lead Generation Skills:
    • Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and freelance platforms.
    • Ability to build client databases and perform market segmentation.
    • Knowledge of targeting strategies for the North American market.
  • Calling & Sales Skills (USA Market):
    • Fluent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
    • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and sales closing.
    • Strong phone etiquette, objection handling, and rapport-building skills.
    • Understanding of time zones, US business culture, and buyer psychology.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
  • Communication & Technical Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Basic understanding of design and development services (websites, apps, branding).
  • Experience:
    • 2–4 years in international B2B sales or a similar role (preferred USA market experience).

  • Timings: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM (Monday to Friday – Night Shift)
  • Job Type: On-Site Only
  • Location: Karachi Division, Sindh, Pakistan
  • Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available. Only candidates comfortable with night shift hours should apply.
