About the role:

We are seeking a candidate to join our GSM & Segments team focusing on analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights, design automated dashboards, create executive-level presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large datasets across segment performance, usage patterns, revenue trends, churn, and customer behavior.
• Translate data into actionable insights that influence product, pricing, and GTM strategies.
• Identify micro-segments, gaps, and opportunities using customer clustering, RFM analysis, and predictive models.

Reporting & Dashboarding

• Design and automate robust dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to monitor KPIs, segment health, and campaign performance.
• Develop periodic business reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for leadership reviews and strategic planning.

Business Presentations & Storytelling

• Create compelling, executive-level presentations combining data, visuals, and strategic context.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams and senior management with clarity and confidence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with product, marketing, BI, and finance teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across reports.
• Support go-to-market and growth initiatives with data-backed insights and forecasts.

What we're looking for:

Education:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

Work experience: 6 months to 1 years of experience in Telecom domain experience, especially in prepaid/postpaid mobile segments or B2B solutions.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role in telecom or a fast-paced industry.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau; Python/R is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills-can distill complex analysis into simple, actionable visuals and messages.
• Experience in forecasting models, cohort analysis, and campaign analytics.
• Understanding of telecom KPIs (ARPUs, churn, gross adds, usage metrics, etc.) is highly desirable.
