Title: English Teacher (Cambridge O & A Level)

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule : Night shift (9PM - 5AM)

Compensation : Rs 45,000 – 50,000 + Incentive Scorecards

About the role

We are seeking a skilled English Teacher to deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction for Cambridge O Level/IGCSE and A Level students. The role focuses on building strong reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills in a supportive, inclusive classroom.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge O & A Level syllabi, covering reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
  • Emphasize accurate pronunciation, composition, grammar, and sentence construction.
  • Teach literary analysis and help students think critically about texts and media
  • Maintain accurate records (lesson plans, grades, attendance).
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents/guardians regarding progress.

Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience; Cambridge O/A Level experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative, student-centered approach.
