We're a fast-growing UK-based e-commerce pharmacy brand with over 50,000 active users, and we're hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute full-funnel growth marketing. This is an office-based role in Faisalabad, tailored for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and understands how to scale proven products across multiple digital channels.

Who We're Looking For:

Five years of proven experience (at least).

Graduate (Bachelor's degree or higher) – must have completed studies.

Strong English proficiency (written & spoken) – ability to communicate effectively with UK-based teams.

Familiarity with Slack and Notion (or willingness to learn).

Residing in Faisalabad and available for office-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across organic, paid, and email channels.
  • Align content, creative, and conversion goals across the customer journey.
  • Take ownership of traffic, engagement, conversion, and retention performance.
SEO & In-Page Search
  • Optimise product/category pages for UK search visibility.
  • Plan and manage high-intent content (e.g. condition-specific guides, campaign pages).
  • Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, and user experience.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
  • Build segmented flows: Welcome, Refill, Win-back, Product Education.
  • Run campaign emails with A/B testing and dynamic personalisation.
  • Report on open rates, CTRs, and conversion performance.
Landing Pages & CRO
  • Build and manage landing pages for campaigns, products, or promotional offers.
  • Optimise for conversions with proper hierarchy, messaging, and trust elements.
  • Analyse heatmaps, session recordings, and form behaviour to reduce drop-offs.
Paid Advertising (Google + Meta)
  • Manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Brand Bidding, Retargeting).
  • Collaborate on Meta campaigns and optimise ad creatives.
  • Track ROAS, CPC, and engagement to scale top-performing ads.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce growth.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Solid understanding of UK audience behaviour and e-commerce funnels.
  • Strong command of written English (UK tone preferred).
  • Experience with tools like GA4, Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Ads, Hotjar.
Bonus If You Have:
  • Prior experience in pharmacy, wellness, or healthcare e-commerce
  • Knowledge of structured data, schema, or SEO content architecture
  • Basic design/UX layout sense for quick page or ad mockups
