About the Role:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards across multiple projects. This role involves improving processes, collaborating with developers, and ensuring a seamless client experience. As a client-facing position, you will communicate with stakeholders, address concerns, and report on quality metrics. You may also handle day-to-day data management tasks to maintain accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee development work across projects to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Identify, document, and track defects for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for functionality, performance, and security.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback, discuss testing outcomes, and provide quality insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
  • Manage and validate data operations to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate reports on quality metrics and recommend testing strategy improvements.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles.
  • Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Experience with data management and validation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • API testing and performance testing experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
  • Previous client-facing technical experience.
