About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the senior management of a leading fashion retail brand. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing administrative tasks with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including visa processing, airline bookings, and hotel accommodations.
  • Prepare, review, and manage documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Organise schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure effective time management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised institution.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in handling international travel documentation and arrangements.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and related tools.
