The role:Experience: 15+ Years of SD Experience. 2-3 years of SAP Implementation Experience, 3-4 years of SAP Support Experience.
Responsibilities:- Implementation / Roll-Out / Support – Flexible to work across.
- Hands-On experience in customizing SAP modules (SD, LE).
- Experience working in a medium to large SAP landscape comprising multiple systems.
- Proven experience on working in SAP implementation and support projects.
- Should be able to independently design new solutions.
- Exposure to integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in coordinating with the development team.
- Basic exposure to ALE, IDOC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project / team management experience.
- Very strong oral & written communication skills.
SAP SD Functional Expert serves as a subject matter expert for the business in the area of SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD) and its business processes (Sales Documents, Deliveries, Logistics, Shipping, Billing, etc.). He is accountable for the solution design and configuration of new business process solutions, continuous improvements, and for the ongoing operational support of these business process solutions. He is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the SAP ERP SD module and direct configuration that is needed. Prepare Functional Specifications and Test cases. Support clients during UAT and month-end closing. Engaging business stakeholders to understand and analyze business issues, goals, and requirements. He/She will gather requirements, design, configure, test, and implement changes. Producing a consistently high standard of documentation, both in a technical and descriptive nature. Working with the business to analyze, design, develop, implement, and measure business processes and data flows, often applying process/data analysis and improvement techniques. Generating innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities in order to enhance results or maximize potential through researching potential solutions and innovative ideas. Designs and manages tests of new/updated processes. Specifies test environment for whole lifecycle testing.
