We are seeking a skilled Spring Boot Developer at F&A Global.

Job Title: Backend (Spring Boot Developer)

Seniority: Mid-Level (4-5 years)

Education:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create & manage microservices in Spring Boot.
  2. Develop new features based on project requirements.
  3. Test and evaluate new technologies to support business needs.
  4. Manage deployment, testing, and integration pipelines.
  5. Research, design, and write new software programs.
  6. Build large-scale infrastructure applications.
  7. Ensure API security, including experience with JWT.

Skillset:

  • Proficiency in Java 8, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Integration.
  • Experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Swagger, Tomcat 8, Microservices, GIT, Postman, Restful Services, and Containers.
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Ability to contribute to team efforts involving mobile apps, databases, and web development.
  • Familiarity with modern backend build pipelines and tools.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SDLC (Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance).
  • Experience with Git, Maven, and Bitbucket.
  • Assist front-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies.

Analytical Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex workflows.
  • Translate client requirements, designs, and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Analyze and define business requirements into technical solutions.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong collaboration skills with developers, designers, and QA teams.
  • Effective communication with team members and stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Regular interaction with the Project Manager to report progress and risks.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory due to global clients.
