POSITIONS VACANT

Applications are invited for the following Non-teaching positions at Government College University, Faisalabad from Pakistani Nationals with the given pay scale plus usual allowances as permissible under the rules and on pay package as per HEC Policy. The candidates must meet the qualification/experience as per details given below:

1. Controller of Examinations (BPS-19)
   No of Position: 1
   Qualification & Experience: M.A/M.Sc./M.COM, at least 2nd division, 18 years teaching/administrative experience, including 3 years experience in a Board or University in the same capacity.
   Age Limit: 45-55 years
   Note: As per policy of the Government, appointment of Controller of Examinations shall be made for a period of three (03) years.
2. Manager, Business Incubation Center (On Contract Basis - Extendable Subject to Performance)
   Lump Sum pay package: Rs 100,000/- per Month (For HEC funded Project Business Incubation Center)
   No of Position: 1
   Qualification & Experience: MBA Degree or equivalent with 08 years relevant experience. The Ideal Candidates will have two key attributes: first, a proven track record of entrepreneurship either as a start-up entrepreneur or working in an environment supporting entrepreneurs; second, strong ties with the local government, business entrepreneurs, university, and social communities.
   Age Limit: Not specified

• The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the website of the University (http://www.gcuf.edu.pk/) and shall be submitted with a demand draft as per the following:

In favor of Treasurer, Government College University, Faisalabad. Applicants desiring to have the form through post may obtain the same on written request along with a self-addressed envelope of large size with Rs. 30/- postage stamps. Duly filled in application form must be supported with attested copies of educational testimonials/certificates, I.D. Card, three recent photographs, and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).

• The candidates from abroad may submit their applications on the prescribed Application & Bio-data Form, available on the University website, accompanied by a Bank Draft of US $ 50/- in the name of Treasurer Government College University, Faisalabad, and attested copies of all necessary testimonials, ID card, recent photograph, and updated CV at the given address.
• Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
• The candidates are required to submit three (03) sets on the prescribed form along with attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates along with research publications. In case a degree has not been issued, a certificate to that effect signed by the Controller of Examination of the concerned University might be accepted. In all cases, the statement of experience must be supported by certificates from employers.
• The candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate Job Application Forms with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
• The University reserves the right not to consider any application or not to fill any post without assigning any reason.
• The candidate already in service must apply through the proper channel by the due date.
• Complete applications must reach the Recruitment Cell, Registrar Office Government College University, Faisalabad by mail not later than 03-05-2017.

Note:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, and shortlisting of candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the University.
• Preference will be given to highly qualified/experienced candidates.
• The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephonic message.
• No TA/DA is admissible when called for an interview.
