Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
Accept cash and return the correct change.
Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
Function as the host of the restaurant.
Make reservations for customers.
Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours.
Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
Ensure a balance of the register at the beginning, end of the shift or working period.
