Job description:

DAR Pakistan is hiring qualified freshers to be employed as Engineering Trainees. Trainees will undergo job training in Design, Design Management, Project Management, and the latest technological advancements, with opportunities to work on various projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above
  • Strong presence and excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Problem-solvers who are ambitious, passionate, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and capable of managing pressure and complexity
  • Good listeners, empathetic, collaborative, and team-oriented
  • Demonstrated multi-dimensional experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently once guidance is provided
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
