We're a growing small business with big creative energy, and we're looking for a video-savvy, design-focused assistant to help us tell our story across digital platforms. What You'll Do
  1. Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  2. Assist in graphic design for product launches, social media, and website banners
  3. Help with product uploads on Shopify and Etsy (images, descriptions, SEO tags)
  4. Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
  5. Organize data and product info using Google Sheets or Excel
  6. Assist in product sourcing or supplier research when needed
  7. Be part of a small, creative team with space to share your ideas
You're a Great Fit If You Have
  1. Experience creating and editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or mobile tools like CapCut
  2. A good eye for design and layout with skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
  3. Confidence filming or directing video content for social media (with or without advanced gear)
  4. Familiarity with SEO basics—writing product titles, tags, and descriptions to improve visibility
  5. Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for organizing data
  6. Strong social media instincts—understanding trends, captions, and visual storytelling
  7. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn across creative and e-commerce tasks
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice)
  1. Experience with Shopify or Etsy backend management
  2. Photography or product styling skills
  3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  4. Experience with paid advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Google)

Job Specification

Graphic Design

  • Comfortable with Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro
  • Good eye for aesthetic, layout, and color

Social Media Savvy

  • Familiar with Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
  • Understanding of trends, hashtags, captions, and engagement strategies

Basic SEO Knowledge

  • Understanding of keywords
  • Ability to write product titles and descriptions with search optimization in mind
  • Basic knowledge of meta descriptions or blog tags

Excel or Google Sheets

  • Ability to input data, sort/filter, and use basic formulas
  • Comfortable organizing product lists or inventory

E-Commerce Support

  • Experience or willingness to learn updating products on Shopify or Etsy
  • Understanding of product descriptions, images, and tagging

Communication & Organization

  • Clear written communication
  • Ability to follow through on tasks and deadlines
  • Responsive and proactive in a small team setting
