IntercraftSol is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. If you're passionate about business process optimization and enjoy working with ERP systems to solve real-world challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing core Odoo modules, and delivering tailored ERP solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational ERP experience to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Analysis & Solution Mapping
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
  • Map client needs to standard Odoo functionalities.
  • Propose practical and scalable ERP solutions.
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, POS, etc.
  • Set up workflows, reports, and business logic based on client processes.
  • Support data migration, testing, and go-live preparation.
Training, Documentation & Support
  • Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support.
  • Create functional documentation, user guides, and process diagrams.
  • Participate in UAT and troubleshoot any reported issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
  • Ensure functional specifications are properly translated into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in BBA, CA, ACCA, ERP, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in Odoo functional consulting or any ERP system.
  • Familiarity with standard Odoo modules and workflows.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Basic understanding of record rules, domain filters, and technical configurations.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles or ERP implementation projects.
  • Awareness of the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
