Billing Executive

- Reconciling billing accounts to the general ledger.
- Interfacing with accounts receivable, credit/collections.
- Ensuring the accuracy of invoicing.
- Training and supervising billing staff.
- Providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum of five years billing experience, preferably in the Vehicle Tracking Industry.
- Degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Maintaining client records related to invoicing and bill payments.
- Reviewing the work of billing staff to ensure accuracy and resolving inconsistencies.
- Creating and prioritizing a list of clients to be invoiced for team members.
- Locating or assisting in locating hard-to-reach clients.
- Drafting and distributing weekly reports on invoicing and billing metrics.
- Providing customer support for disputes or inquiries regarding invoices or billing processes.
- Proven experience as a Billing Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of collection practices and laws.
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism.
- Relevant training or certifications as a Billing Manager.
