Role Description

Develop and maintain our backend services and web application supporting patients and doctors. You will deliver high-quality React.js or Node.js front-ends and robust back-end services with strong attention to security, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain ReactJs/NodeJs front-ends; integrate with APIs, real-time chat, and secure auth.
  • Design reliable backends (e.g., Node/TypeScript or similar), databases, and third‑party integrations.
  • Ensure performance, observability, testing coverage, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to ship secure, compliant features.
  • Own projects end-to-end: scoping, delivery, and post-launch monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of full-stack development with strong React.js experience.
  • Proficiency in a modern backend stack (e.g., Node/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, security, and privacy in healthcare or similar regulated domains.
  • Strong testing discipline and code review practices; performance and accessibility awareness.
  • Bonus: real-time systems, audio/video, or EHR/PHI handling experience.
