Aptitude Migration is a leading study abroad and migration consultancy dedicated to helping students pursue global education opportunities. We partner with top universities across the UK, Europe, and Australia to guide students through their academic journey, from counseling to visa application support.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Admissions Counselor who specializes in student placements for UK, European, and Australian universities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with student counseling, application processes, and visa documentation specific to these destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities, course selection, and career pathways in the UK, Europe, and Australia.
  • Assist in application processing, offer letters, and documentation for university admissions.
  • Guide students through visa procedures, including GTE statements, SOPs, and financial documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner institutions' admission requirements, intakes, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
  • Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events to generate leads and increase enrollments.
  • Use CRM systems to manage student pipelines and report on progress regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Business, or related fields).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas education counseling or admissions.
  • Proven expertise in handling student applications for UK, Europe, and Australia.
  • Knowledge of international university systems, entry requirements, and visa protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
