Overview

Join to apply for the CoE for Cloud Services role at Royal Cyber Inc. This role involves designing and delivering cloud solutions, with strong emphasis on AWS and Azure engagements, migration strategies, automation, security, and operations support.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations and coordinate with team and manager to increase productivity.
  • Evaluate operating procedures and look for ways to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with PMs/AMs to evaluate business opportunities.
  • Ramp up 50+ resources across various cloud technologies and accounts in a short span of time.
  • Apply Agile methodology to iterate quickly through product versions.
  • Collaborate with multiple clients to focus on niche problem areas.
  • Work closely with Service Line and Business teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Guide development, architecture, and presales teams with technical inputs.
  • Review and support RFP and SOW.
  • Accountable for end-to-end project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist business teams with solution approaches to identify and solve issues.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFront, etc.).
  • Experience in Azure PaaS services such as Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL Database, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Function Apps, Blob storage, APIM, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure AD, Azure Application Insights, Key Vault and security concepts.
  • Experience in conceptualizing solutions and developing architecture for large AWS/Azure engagements.
  • Experience with cloud migration assessment and migration strategy for large migration programs.
  • Familiarity with data centre concepts, high-availability systems, capacity planning, system performance evaluation, and diagnostic techniques.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps technologies and APIs to architect cloud-ready applications.
  • Develop automation scripts (Python, Shell, PowerShell, VB scripts) for automation of system and application administration on cloud.
  • Knowledge of security and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with service management and ticketing tools.
