• Manage and qualify sales leads through initial telephonic conversations
• Support the sales team in responding to client queries and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal team to manage client requirements, proposals, and order processing.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client documentation
• Work closely with product, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions in CRM systems
• Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and preparation of sales materials
• Assist in pre-sales activities and ensure smooth handover to the technical or account teams
• Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments for sales-related and post-sales queries
• Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and documentation across CRM and internal systems
Requirements:
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or inside sales role, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle client conversations with professionalism and clarity
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Note: It's not a sales target based role.
