Key Responsibilities

As a Production Incharge / Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process within the pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals department. Your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring all production activities comply with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical regulations and guidelines, including adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry standards.
  • Managing Production Operations: Overseeing daily operations on the production floor, managing resources such as raw materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production targets.
  • Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure products meet safety, efficacy, and quality standards.
  • Supervising the Production Team: Leading and mentoring production staff to ensure proper training and motivation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished products.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and inventory reports.
Department Roles and Functions

The Production Department at Nutrabiotics transforms raw materials into high-quality finished products, working closely with quality assurance, research and development, and supply chain teams to meet production goals efficiently and effectively.

As a Production Incharge / Pharmacist, you will lead this department, driving production efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating across departments to resolve issues and meet targets.

  • Knowledge of Regulations: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical regulations and guidelines.
