As a Production Incharge / Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process within the pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals department. Your primary duties will include:

• Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring all production activities comply with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical regulations and guidelines, including adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry standards.
• Managing Production Operations: Overseeing daily operations on the production floor, managing resources such as raw materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production targets.
• Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure products meet safety, efficacy, and quality standards.
• Supervising the Production Team: Leading and mentoring production staff to ensure proper training and motivation.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished products.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and inventory reports.

The Production Department at Nutrabiotics transforms raw materials into high-quality finished products, working closely with quality assurance, research and development, and supply chain teams to meet production goals efficiently and effectively.

As a Production Incharge / Pharmacist, you will lead this department, driving production efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating across departments to resolve issues and meet targets.

Your expertise in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical regulations and your attention to detail will be vital in maintaining Nutrabiotics' high standards. Leading the production team and overseeing processes, you will ensure efficiency and compliance, directly contributing to delivering quality products to the market. To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Pharm D Qualification: A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree is essential.
• Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical regulations and guidelines.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a production team effectively.
