Job Description:

As a Junior Film and TV Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic production and post production team. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and learn the nitty-gritty of post production. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, have a deep appreciation for storytelling, and are committed to making their mark in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post Production Support: Assist in various aspects of post production, including brainstorming, researching, idea generation, and working with the video editors to implement those ideas.
  2. Script and Story Analysis: Collaborate with the team to analyze scripts, identify production requirements, and offer creative input.
  3. Hiring Assistance: Job posting, filtering candidates, and onboarding video editors and 2D/3D Animators. Assign projects to employees according to their expertise.
  4. Post Production Coordination: Support the coordination of schedules and budgets.
  5. Learning and Growth: Actively engage in learning from experienced professionals and seek opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Film and TV, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  2. Passion for filmmaking and a strong understanding of the industry.
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
  6. Basic knowledge of film equipment and software is a plus.
