Area Coordinator

We are seeking applications for the position of Area Coordinator SAM. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist Head Business in preparation and implementation of SAM policies, strategies and plans for recovery of stuck up loans portfolio of the Bank.
2. Acquire, develop and retain Recovery Team for handling of SAM portfolio.
3. Assign and monitor recovery targets to each team member at Branch / Area level.
4. Ensure to achieve all targets assigned to SAM/Legal by the Management.
5. Review Rescheduling / Restructuring / Settlement and Waiver proposals and arrange approvals.
6. Guide & support team for Negotiations with the borrowers and provide technical assistance for solving the problems loans and devise various settlement ways.
7. Monitor legal cases and find out ways for settlement.
8. Keep close liaison with Region/Area/Branch Managers for completion of SAM tasks.
9. Maintain accurate and complete data and records of SAM portfolio and legal suites.
10. Prepare & share effective MIS of SAM portfolio and legal cases with Management.
11. Monitor & evaluate overall performance of SAM & Legal Unit.
12. Ensure timely generation & submission of error free reports to relevant offices.
13. Ensure compliance of all regulations, rules, policies and SOPs.
14. Any other task assigned by Management.
