Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Karachi. The Brand Manager will oversee the daily management of brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing brand budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and analyzing consumer insights. The Brand Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, evaluating product performance, and driving brand growth and innovation.

Qualifications
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, brand management, and product marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, including market research and consumer insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation abilities
  • Project management skills with the capability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to monitor market trends and evaluate product performance
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the Home Care, Personal Care, or Hygiene industry is a plus
